She elaborates and shows us the art and science behind coffee, from the coffee bean to the coffee machine. Dr. Folmer is a Coffee Science Manager at Nestlé Nespresso, one of the biggest companies worldwide. This book is considered one of the Best Coffee books in the world, it dives us into the industry of coffee and makes us look at a cup of coffee in a different way and perspective.
